Primo's Power Washing Service Agreement
Description of Binding Agreement
These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the property owner (referred to as "client") and Primo's Power Washing, LLC. and its owners, employees, and subcontractors (referred to as "company"), for the provision of residential or commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing and non-pressure washing, in exchange for payment. Our services are subject to the following terms, which may be updated at any time without notice. You can review the Terms and Conditions at any time by clicking the link in your quote approval email.
Authorizations
- Client agrees to allow the company access to their property for the purpose of completing the requested cleaning services within the estimated timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances like bad weather may cause rescheduling.
- Client agrees to provide access to their residential water source via an outdoor spigot, which should be turned on and easily accessible on the date of service. If the water source is insufficient, the client must inform the company beforehand. A $75 fee will be charged if the company needs to bring water due to inadequate supply.
- Primo's Power Washing will not connect to the homeowner’s power; our equipment is self-powered.
-The company will not be responsible for any issues unrelated to the cleaning service.
Risks and Releases of Liability Acknowledgement
- Our technicians are highly trained and take extreme precautions to avoid damage to your property. However, damage can still occur due to poor maintenance, neglect, or low-grade building materials.
- The client is responsible for maintaining their property to avoid potential defects. Any pre-existing damage will be noted and communicated to the client, with photos taken if the client is unavailable.
- The company will take steps to protect plant life during cleaning. However, lack of gutters or improperly installed gutters may lead to plant damage, for which the company is not liable.
Exterior Wall Cleaning Acknowledgement
- Cleaning may make existing blemishes or oxidation more noticeable. Oxidation signs include chalky white powder on siding and the removal of clear luster.
- Clients must ensure all outside electrical outlets and fixtures are turned off before cleaning.
- For site unseen estimates, the company is not responsible for any unacknowledged flaws but will do their best to point these out during cleaning.
Roof Cleaning Acknowledgement
- Roofs react differently to our cleaning solution, which is designed to kill algae, moss, or lichen. It may take time for these growths to completely fall off after treatment.
- If growths remain after 6-8 weeks, the client should contact the company for an onsite assessment.
On the Day of Service
- Ensure gated community access is granted.
- Have a water spigot activated and accessible.
- Close all windows and doors tightly.
- Shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures.
- Notify neighbors if access to their yard is needed.
- Keep pets inside during cleaning.
- Clear work areas of items and remove sensitive materials.
- Avoid coming outside during cleaning to avoid water or chemicals.
- Ensure the garage door is closed if cleaning exterior walls, roof, or driveway.
Exclusions and Limitations
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if canceled within less than 48 hours.
- A $75.00 cancellation fee will be assessed if the company arrives and has not been granted access passed gate or if the company arrives and the client ended up hiring another company to perform the job. This fee covers our travel expenses, the time paid out to employees, and the inability to refill that slot.
-A fee of $50 will be assessed if company returns to site to review a noted issue or complaint and is found to not be caused from improper cleaning by crew. Example: We complete an exterior wall cleaning in the morning and get a call in the evening stating there is remaining debris on the siding. We do a full review with designated crew and field hand checklist sheets first. We return to the site to review the area. We find out that lawn care services were done that afternoon. The debris on siding was created after we completed the wash. This is not considered at fault of the company.
- A $45 processing fee applies for returned checks.
- The company is not responsible for water intrusion or damage from unnotified surfaces affected by cleaning solutions. We make every effort to prevent this but due to unavoidable issues such as bad seals around windows and doors and cracks in concrete foundations. If water intrusion occurs, the company will not be held responsible.
-Notify the company if there are any surfaces on or near the home that cannot have any form of our cleaning solution on them. If we are failed to be notified of this, the company is not responsible for any ill effect on any surfaces.
Content Release and Use
- Client agrees to allow the company to use photos, videos, reviews, or descriptions of the property for advertising and training without compensation. Sensitive information will not be included.
If Any Damage Occurs
- The company is responsible for damages due to operator error, negligence, or willful misconduct, reported within 3 days of service completion. The company has 30 days to inspect and repair any damages.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon work completion unless other arrangements are made. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
- Late fees apply for overdue payments: 5% after 5 days, 10% after 10 days, 20% after 20 days, and legal action for payments overdue by 30 days or more.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote, the client agrees to all terms and conditions in this agreement. You authorize Primo's Power Washing to perform the specified work and release the company from liability for property damage unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct. Primo’s Power Washing is not responsible for damage to loose siding, paint, wood, trim or windows that was previously noted as damage or found during the pre-inspection walk through.
